As Chairperson of the Resiliency Committee for the Village of Palmetto Bay, I've seen firsthand how families weather the hardest seasons — and how often the systems meant to protect them quietly fail.
Senior care in America is fragmented. Financial planning is commission-driven. Caregivers, attorneys, and CPAs almost never coordinate, and the people who pay the price are families. Lotus Cares exists to fix that.
We are organized as a fiduciary by charter. Our margin is capped at 14%. We accept no commissions. Every recommendation we make is one we'd make for our own parents. That is the promise — and it is legally enforceable.
